Our Facility
Based in Hubballi, BDK Valves 22 acres integrated facility is one of the largest valve manufacturing facility in India. Dedicated manufacturing line for various products, modern machine shop, paint shop, rubber shop and testing facility (up-to ASME 2500 special class) gives us full control of our operations to meet the quality and delivery requirements. A robust ERP system integrates our operations and ensures smooth order processing, tracking, documentation, etc.
Our engineering team, supports customers from valve selection to ensuring products meet high performance parameters. The product designs comply with international standards, including ASME, API, BS, EN & ISO.
We have several SHE best practices to our credit, and have been recognized and awarded by various industry bodies and Government of Karnataka India for our efforts.
